Login not working properly in JForum

I have successfully installed JForum on my localhost everything is working fine but after a while login stops working means it does show user connected but does not show user name in header.I am not able to figure out why it is happening .Can anyone suggest me anything.I am using JForum 2.1.8 source building it through ant.

Not sure what's happening, but note that JForum 2.1.8 is obsolete - it has various problems, including exploitable security holes. You should use the latest version from https://sourceforge.net/projects/jforum2/ instead. Support forums for that version can be found at http://jforum.andowson.com/forums/
