datasource and connectionpool problem :weblogic6.1 and oracle8.1.5.0

Hi,
I am using weblogic6.1 and oracle8.1.5.0.
i am trying to deploy the containermanaged bean,then i am getting error like:
Unable to deploy EJB: containerManaged from ejb20_basic_containerManaged.jar:
The DataSource with the JNDI name: pipstest could not be located. Please ensure that the DataSource has been deployed successfully and that the JNDI name in your EJB Deployment descriptor is correct.

any one can send me solution for this error..

Try and go to the Console and find out if there is indeed your Datasource JNDI in your JNDI tree.
Have you created a oracle pool and a datasource for this??
