I have done my Sun Certified Professional in 2008 with Standard Edition 5.0. Currently i would like to write SCWCD/OCPJWCD. Just want to know Whether my SCJP 2008 certification is valid for doing next level exam with current oracle process or not? if not May i know the prerequisites for doing SCWCD/OCPJWCD as per current process

Yes, you can. The prerequisite on the Oracle site states: "Oracle or Sun Certified Java Programmer (Professional) any version"
