I'm thinking this will be helpful in making me understand important IT concepts. I thought to myself to why not ask the opinion of the Ranchers.

So anyone here is certified with it? How was you experience? Did you learn something useful?

Mods: If this is not the correct forum please help this move to the correct place. Thanks.

I am not certified, but, I could help you with change management, request fulfillment, service level management concepts, we developed a tool and got it certified from a third party as being ITIL compliant.

Me too, not certified, but I joined this organization in January this year.
And ITIL is a mandatory internal training program in ours which I completed recently.
It is good. There are a lot of things which we do but do not know what they are called or exact process. ITIL describes them well.

Thanks everyone. So it seems like it does help Software developers as well to know more about IT management.
