Rest webService, how can use @RequestParam, @RequestBody with hashSet

In the rest web service i had two methods:
1 -

@RequestMapping(value = "/prds/city/{city}/year/{year}/month/{month}", method = RequestMethod.POST)
    public @ResponseBody Set<PrdtDto> getProducts(@PathVariable String city, @PathVariable Short year,
            @PathVariable Short month) {

2-

@RequestMapping(value = "/prds/city/{city}/year/{year}/month/{month}/contracts/{id}",
     method = RequestMethod.POST) public Set<ProductDto> getProducts(@PathVariable("city")
      String city, @PathVariable("year") Short year,  @PathVariable("month") Short month, @PathVariable("id") Set<Long> contracts)

I want to merge these two methods in one in order to reduce the hava code, how can i do it ? shall i user @Request param or @RequestBody with a hashSet??

Try this by passing one id instead of a set of ids

@RequestMapping(value = "/prds/city/{city}/year/{year}/month/{month}", method = RequestMethod.POST)
    public @ResponseBody Set<PrdtDto> getProducts(@PathVariable String city, @PathVariable Short year,
            @PathVariable Short month, @RequestParam(value = "id", required = false) int id) {
.......
}

If it works, try to pass a set
