Pop up Window to populate text box in PDF Form

Hi There, how to I get the below to Populate a text Field in my PDF Form, Field name is "Text_Req",. Need this field to be filled out first that's why I created a pop-up window. Please and thank you.

Hi Holland, welcome to the Ranch!

To me that looks like Javascript, and not like Java (which isn't the same language). So let me move it to the forum where Javascript questions live, and hopefully there's somebody there who can help out.
