Currently, my service is running on http://localhost:8080/MyService/. I want to change localhost to service.example.com - http://service.example.com:8080/MyService/. I updated standalone-full.xml with the new alias.

But it did not work. I am getting "This Webpage is not available" message. Please suggest.

Can you show us your interfaces? Especially the public interface is of interest. For instance:
The second entry shows that "public" by default only binds to 127.0.0.1, meaning only requests from localhost are accepted. Change that to 0.0.0.0 and requests from any machine are accepted (provided no firewall blocks access).

Here are the interfaces in my standalone-full.xml file:

I tried changing the value to 0.0.0.0, still doesn't work.

I don't have admin rights to check them in my company.

Then you'd have to talk to somebody who does, wouldn't you? Perhaps that person might even be a person with network knowledge (one would hope so) who could help you out with your problem. Perhaps that person might even be interested in whether servers are being installed in the company's network.
