On the TextField,Box...etc. when input text,number etc keyboard automation show defer with Canvas. So ask how to I can own call keyboard on Canvas using button / categorybar/automation?

Canvas is an AWT Object to allow you to display grahics. Very generally speaking, Swing is preferred to use and you extend a JPanel and override paintComponent to dispaly graphics.

Gathering text is another issue altogether, you can do that with an appropriate input stream, reading from Standard In, and then you can display that using the Graphics context from the JPanel.

If you want, making a transparent TextBox may be easier, and you can add that directly to your JPanel and arrange it according to your need and Layout Manager.

Why are you coding for midlets? Java on mobile is dead.
Anyway, when I used to do it ages back, I was never happy with the 'vanilla' flavor of JME. I always used LWUIT It is very very similar to Swing.
