I have a tld file like this:



But the compiler says script is not allowed in the complexTag. I think if the body content of complexTag is JSP, it allows JSP.

Your outer tag has a scriptless body content (you made a typo: <body-content>) and that is probably the reason why you can't use scriptlets (although it is inside the inner tag).
