Hello All ,

I need to know appropriate place for SOAP headers encryption for a certain web service.

The appropriate way for such encryption can be done at web service run time level or through HTTPS SSL as transport layer ?

Hello,

Using TLS (SSL) seems like the obvious way to go.

Hi,

XML Web Services are being hailed by the industry as the enabler for freeing information from the confines of HTML. Using SOAP, a protocol submitted to the W3C, data can be encoded in XML and transmitted using any number of Internet protocols, HTTP being the most common. Do you know what is the full form of cdma? please suggest me

Hello ,

1- Encryption for only parts of SOAP message either header or body - preferred place is web service run time level to avoid handling this at business logic level.

2- Encryption for all message - HTTPS is preferred there.
