Just start the PetStore. Here are instructions from WebLogic's documentation:

Start the WebLogic Server Pet Store

Using Windows
1. Click Start.
2. Choose Programs > BEA WebLogic E-Business Platform.
3. Choose WebLogic Server 6.1 > WebLogic Server Tour.
4. Open a Web browser and enter http://hostname:7001/estore/index.html.
5. Click Enter the Store.
Using UNIX or a Windows Command Line
1. Move to WL_HOME\config\petstore.
2. Open a command window.
3. EnterstartPetStore.cmd (on Windows) or sh startPetStore.sh (in a UNIX Bourne shell).
4. Open a Web browser and enter http://hostname:7001/estore/index.html.
5. Click Enter the Store.
