Java Developer will have proven experience and practical application of industry best practices, development standards/processes, architectural
patterns, application design patterns with web-based development utilizing recent versions of Java.

Role and Responsibilities
* Large scale custom solution development
* Application and security best practices
* Industry standard lifecycle methodologies and service management practices for solution delivery
* System
testing utilizing industry testing standards and tools
Qualifications and Experience
* University degree or equivalent experience/education in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline;
* Proven experience and the practical application of industry best practices, development standards/processes, architectural patterns, application design patterns;
* Very strong experience with web-based development utilizing recent versions of Java, JSP/JSTL,
J2EE, J2EE Patterns, XML, HTML and Javascript;
* Strong experience with SQL and Oracle relational databases;
* Proven application development experience using current frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Security and iBatis;
* Proven experience in the use of Eclipse, Oracle WebLogic and CVS;
* Experience with ETL processes, Oracle Development tools, Ab Initio, MicroStrategy and Business Intelligence solutions;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
