what this sentence mean:
1. How this must be used, by recommendation of oracle of best practice.
2. Code that will compile
3. You variant....

i think that correct and appropriate is same meaning so 1 is my variant.
If i fount question like this at exam what meaning i must use?

Any time you see this: "correct usage", you should always think what is the Oracle definition and best practice.

Agreed with Les, correct usage is best practice. If the question says which of the code fragment will give the correct output or which code fragment is correct, then you have to check if it compiles and what the output will be...
