I need help with JPane

So this is my code so far...my problem is that

scrollPascal.setAlignmentX(CENTER_ALIGNMENT);

results to an error which is "error: cannot find symbol", I don't know why but the syntax is correct.

Try:

scrollPascal.setAlignmentX(JScrollPane.CENTER_ALIGNMENT);

It's often a good idea to look at the classes "constants" to find what you need.
