Hi,
I would like to know if there are any tools for migrating applications written in NAS to WebLogic?(like iMT for migrating from NetDynamics to iAS)?

There are none that I am aware of. If you contact BEA I am sure they would be more than happy to help you with your problem. Of course they will probably try to sell you consulting services...
