Can we add a Kotlin section to Languages?

Now that we are up and running on the new look and feel, we can add a few hundred new forums. The only thing it would need would be

1: somebody willing to get a few posts in it to get it going.

2: somebody on staff to help with the initial setup - and to help with posts and getting it going.
