How to make standalone Java Application using JFrame in Netbeans itself?

I want to make a Standalone JAVA Application using Jframe only in Netbeans ide.
For that, i have made one Normal Jframe form page for test purpose which includes one text-field and button.

I have created it's JAR file also but these form didn't shown while running this JAR file. nothing displayed while running JAR file.
Even if i run my project in Netbeans ide itself, there will be nothing to display.

How to display it?

please help me guys.

hi Sunil,

normally you would do this to put a frame onto the screen:

Can you show us what you have so far?

Note: using a GUI Builder usually produces horrible looking
code, full of GroupLayout commands
Can you leave all that kind of code out, please?
