Weblogic Port 7001 initialization error

Need help Urgently
I am trying to get the weblogic server started, but for some reason or another i seem to get the folllowing errors as listed below

It appears as if you have another service running on port 7001. Are you running any other instances of WebLogic? Any other services that might use 7001?
If you can't figure it out then you could always change the port the WebLogic listens to by editing the config.xml file. You will need to edit/add the ListenPort attribute of the Server element. More more detail check this link: WebLogic Config.xml Server Element.

Ditto for the SSL Port on 7002.

why dont you check your ports are being used using "netstat" in windows
