Hi All,

I have requirement to create a new Java Program to delete old records from Oracle 11g database . This is a new Java stand alone application.
I am facing a problem where I am getting below exception while executing this program after certain delete operations.

Process takes very long time at certain sql queries (not consistent to any specific query) before throwing below exception

Can anyone please help me where do i need to look into to resolve this?

Thanks.

You'd probably need to post the relevant code for anyone to be able to help you.

Given very little information available, my guess would be that your batches are too big. How many records are you deleting in one batch?
