Hello,

I want to make video telephony application with voice modulation / enhancement features on Android and I would like to use NDK for all the heavy lifting work.

Will it be safe to assume that apps which involve NDK ( and its libraries) will work on all the versions / builds of Android or there will be exceptions ?

what is the way around such exceptions?

Thanks !

Different devices support different levels of the ARM instruction set. When using the NDK, you need to specify which ARM API level (also called ARM eABI) you want to support. It's possible to include native ARM code for different ABI levels in the same APK, though.
