Hello Ranchers,

Where is a good place on the forum to post your own library, to allow others use it and get some feedback and other comments?

Recently I wrote a small library for measuring JavaScript code performance. Originally I posted the topic in the JavaScript section of the forum, but it was moved to "Blatant Advertising" section. I don't think it's the right place for this post. My intention was to present the library to the community and get some feedback, discussions about it. I didn't want to advertise a product.

Yesterday I wrote a script for automatic Java installation on Ubuntu. I would want to share it on the forum as well, so non-experienced Linux/Ubuntu users can get Java working simply and effortlessly. Again, I don't think that "Blatant Advertising" is the right place to post about the script. I wrote something to help newcomers in our community, not a commercial product.

Thanks for the responses, in advance
