Hi,,
I am beginner in android learning and I started with reading HFAD 2015, and it was very great and I nearly execute all the apps in it.
but should I do after reading it to become a good android developer.
Should I :
1. continue reading books about android like big nerd ranch,... etc to learn android
or
2. practice doing real applications

and also if anyone knows a good book to learn to design a good interface, something like Head first.

thanks so much ....

Reading books will only get you so far. You become good at something by doing it, lots of times.

No reason for those to be exclusive. Projects outside the books will make you use your head and force you to learn to "think" Android. On the job training, eh? But, if books are enjoyed, keep reading, but in a secondary, companion, or alternating roll, should you so desire. Learn, do, learn, do. Its hard to say which teaches more!

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
