Hello All,
I am trying to install weblogic on my computer ( window 98), I downloaded the weblogic7.0 and installed it but how to configure it. In which mode should the weblogic be configured. I will use it only for Servlets,JSPs and EJBs.
I am a newbie to Weblogic.
Thanks a lot.

Hi,
weblogic does not has been built to run under win98 OS only NT/2000/XP editions, but as its build using java u can run it under win98, to do this u have to rename the files with .cmd extension(win98 does not recognize it) to .bat and also youll have to disable native threads(use java threads instead) or ure gonna have an exception during initialization, after that u can run the script startweblogic.bat(if u renamed it) and youll have the server running, notice that it can became instable under win98 and u should use it only for study pourposes.
