Webservice Connection reset issue  RSS feed

I am trying to connect to a webservice url from one of the server then i am getting error but there is no issue in Webservice url please help me on this.

That looks like an internal server, which could be subject to all kinds of networking issues specific to that company. Have you been in touch with corporate IT, and the team in charge of that WS? If not, that's where I would start.
