Hi I am using response.sendRedirect(url.toString()) in my JSP, where my url is having a parameter which has ipaddress which has ".". My URL looks like this 11:03:41488&userip=10.418.44.10

I am getting 404 error when using send.Redirect method. But if i use this url directly in IE browser then i am able to launch my page which i am looking for.

If i remove the userIP this url works fine, but having this "." is causing 404 error.

Any issues with sendRedirect having "." in URL ?

Any help is appreciated.
