I just noticed another small correction: Table 3.12 (page 159), second row, third column.

Set key to mapping function result.


should say

Set key to value provided.


The function doesn't get evaluated because the key is mapped to null.

You are correct. It's not a typo though. It's an incorrect fact which is worse
