RichFaces how to add calendar

I'm using Eclipse to develop my web app. and I download the rich Faces to add calendar and I find an example when I'm searching and I apply the example but I did not get the same result and the calendar dose not show with me, it show like a label and inside it (rich:calendar). In the console i have this error :

The root of your problem isn't actually in RichFaces or in JSF, it's in how your WAR is built. You are missing the Apache Commons Logger.

But there's another serious problem as well. Your sample page is coded for JSF version 1, which has been obsolete for several years now. JSF 2 is the current architecture and it doesn't use or support JSP page templates. It uses Facelets View Templates (.xhtml files).
