Precompiling JSPs and packaging into ear file

Is there a way to precompile the JSP's and package it along with an ear file so that the server does not have to recompile them ?.

How about including the JSPs in ear file and try setting the lines below in weblogic.xml. All the JSPs are compiled during server startup which should be fine for most of the applications.

<jsp-descriptor>
   <jsp-param>
      <param-name>precompile</param-name>
      <param-value>1</param-value>         
   </jsp-param>
</jsp-descriptor>

ok..this is an option i was aware of but don't want to use bcos the startup time is too much...something like 15-20 mins...i was looking of a way to avoid this by pre-packaging compiled jsp's..
