Here is my code.

FinalList will be,

finalList = {AAA, Chipshooter}, {BBB,General}, {CCC, Thru-Hole};

In the select dropdown I have to show all the values with the one from the 'finalList' as 'selected'.

First row should be AAA, And dropdown should display 'Chipshooter' value along with all the remaining values in the dropdown.

I don't understand what you're trying to do. You're creating a dropdown for each item, what do you want to display in the dropdown?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
