Android CircleProgressBar CountUp 0 to 2 seconds using CountDownTimer

I have an CircleProgressBar, i want to show the from 0 to 2 seconds, after 2 seconds i want to capture an image by calling the takePicture() method.
Here is my xml code.

<com.example.moment.CircleProgressBar
    android:id="@+id/countup_bar1"
    android:layout_width="200dp"
    android:layout_height="200dp"
    android:layout_gravity="center"
    app:progress="1"
    app:max="100"
    app:progressBarThickness="4dp"
    app:progressbarColor="@android:color/holo_blue_light" />

Here is java code.

this.mTimerCountUp = new CountDownTimer(2000, 10) {
    @Override
    public void onTick(final long millisUntilFinished) {
        final int secondsElapsed = (int) (100 - (millisUntilFinished / 10));
        CameraActivity.this.mCountUpBar1.setProgress(secondsElapsed);
    }
    @Override
    public void onFinish() {
        CameraActivity.this.mCountUpBar1.setProgress(100);
    }
}.start();

This code is not working correctly it fills and empty the CircleProgressBar twice time. But i want to show the progress only from 0 to 2 seconds once time.
