Generate XML based on RosettaNetPIP3A4 standad

Hello,

I'm using Java 7.

I need to export some data in a xml file.
This xml file is the RosettaNetPIP3A4 standard. It has hundreds of tags, but I need to fill in the values only for a very few of them.


Can you please help me to find out what is the best way to generate a xml file with a predefined format, with many tags?
