Please help to understand how @Command works in java Script in Unity 3d

whenever i put in front of some function @Command i got error BCE0064: No attribute with the name 'Command' or 'CommandAttribute' was found (attribute names are case insensitive). Did you mean 'UnityEngine.Networking.CommandAttribute'?

At first i was thinking that i am doing something wrong but the then i found some example codes on forum and i put them an in experimetal java script and still the same error. Finally i took example code from CommandAttribute - Unity documentation and the same error again

As soon as tried this Unuty start crying with this error

Assets/Scripts/UI/Player.js(2,29): BCE0018: The name 'NetworkBehaviour' does not denote a valid type ('not found'). Did you mean 'UnityEngine.Networking.NetworkBehaviour'?

Than i replaced public class Player extends NetworkBehaviour with public class Player extends UnityEngine.Networking.NetworkBehaviour

Then after this i got my lovelly error

Assets/Scripts/UI/Player.js(31,10): BCE0064: No attribute with the name 'Command' or 'CommandAttribute' was found (attribute names are case insensitive). Did you mean 'UnityEngine.Networking.CommandAttribute'?

Unity Documentation example cods could not be wrong , so the problem is in My Unity. Pleae help me with this error.
