Corus360 is looking for an Architect/ Team Lead to join our customer that is focused on building a world-class location platform that brings together intuitive mapping, smart place data and contextual navigation. This role will be truly working with leading edge technology, based in the Boston/Burlington area of Massachusetts. Must be authorized to work for any employer.

Scala, Java, AngularJS, Apache Lucene, DynamoDB, Hadoop, Kafka, Android, and iOS are some of the exciting technologies used in this evolving platform that supports a truly global user base with over 15M users across nearly 200 countries.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent software engineering experience.
5+ years of hands-on web application development, with at least 3 years as an architect or team lead.
Experience with authentication and authorization systems including OAuth2.
Excellent programming skills in a language such as Java or Scala.
Experience developing for Amazon Web Services or equivalent cloud platforms.
Experience implementing and consuming REST services.
Experience with distributed version control systems such as git.
Experience with test automation frameworks.
Experience working in a continuous integration environment.
Excellent English communication skills.
Team player attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Extra Points:

Working knowledge of languages such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby.
Node.js experience.
