I am a beginners, for SOA / ESB, can you please suggest link / book for beginners?

Is there any certificate for SOA / ESB from Oracle?

Hi there. Would be helpful if you could first summarise what you know already, e.g. what your background is, what software paradigms you understand already and what you know of SOA and ESB so far etc, so that I'm not trying to teach you to suck eggs or pointing out resources that are not necessary. Also, your motivation/need for learning might help.
