I bought the exam pack from the enthuware website and when I try to open the japv8.ets file I'm stuck on the loading screen.

It just says

Loading ETS Question Bank. Please wait...

Any idea on how to resolve this ?

java -version
java version "1.8.0_66"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_66-b18)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.66-b18, mixed mode)

Although Paul Anilprem (from Enthuware) regularly checks this forum for Enthuware-related issues, it might be useful to contact Enthuware to get some support. I can't remember having encountered similar problems with Enthuware in this forum.

It also might be useful to share the operating system your computer is running on.
