Hello

I'm planning to take "Java EE 6 Web Component Developer Certification" in August of this year and

1) I'm wondering if it's still based on JSP specification 3.0 or JSR 315.
2) And there are two version of JSR 315 document available (https://jcp.org/aboutJava/communityprocess/final/jsr315/index.html), one for evaluation and another one for implementation, which one should i use to prepare for the exam?
3) And should i use the final release version of the document?

Hope to hear replies from any of you. Many thanks!

No, it uses JSP v2.2 and Servlet v3.0.

You can use any version of the specs but at least the final version.

Just check the :OCEWCD Links

Hi Frits,

Thanks a lot for the information and for the link. It would help me a lot in getting into the right track of preparing myself for the exam

Btw, which version of the document should i review for the exam? the evaluation or the implementation? This would help me narrow down my materials and speed up gathering the references i need.

Super thanks,
Mal
