MAVEN Eclipse - unable to resolve Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:2.4.3

Hi, new to this forum and to Maven hope someone can help me.
I imported a maven project into my Eclipse and it's working fine for my colleague but not in my Eclipse.
The Build phase always fails as below:

I have first installed maven and checked it and it works fine.
Then I execute MVN clean, install and package on the same project that fails on Eclips and it works fine from command line.
I really don't know what to do in eclipse to make it working fine.
I have updated the setting file too.
