Can you show us where in your code are your abstract fields? There is no such a thing. Your code only have abstract class and methods, which is what the tutorial is about.

Not sure of the purpose of all that code... but there is still no such a thing as an abstract field, and all you have there are explained in the tutorial.

Those are abstract methods, not abstract fields. As Henry said, there is no such thing as abstract fields. And the tutorial that Henry mentioned explains what abstract methods are.

I think, what we have here, is a language problem. The word "field" is actually defined by the Java Language Specification, and hence, has a specific meaning.

Just read the tutorial. It explains your confusion.
