Check the "Playing Media" section of the http://www.coderanch.com/t/659961/Wiki/Open-Source-Projects-Faq page for some libraries that you can use to create movie files.

You will have difficulties doing this in Java if you're a beginner, since it involves the use of tricky 3rd party APIs.

Given your beginner level, why do you want to code it in Java? There must be numerous ready-made command line tools that can do this without any programming on your part.

ffmpeg is a library and command line tool that can convert JPEGs to an MPEG. If you search for "command line jpeg2mpeg" or some such phrase you'll find more. You can run those from within Java code using the ProcessBuilder class.

Saying "I am not able to" doesn't help us help you. What, exactly, in detail, did you try, and what, exactly, in detail, were the results?

I pointed you to ffmpeg, did you try that? If so, what command line did you use, and what happened? If not, start with that.
