I'm trying to find out if I can somehow integrate and use JNI library inside my Spring Boot application.

The library I would like to include is called GDAL and they provide Java bindings and standalone Tomcat can be made to run with it (link) but I don't know where to start when embedded Tomcat is in question.

Has someone tried using JNI library with embedded Tomcat? I think that I would need to somehow setup shared lib folder for this Tomcat instance and point to when running Spring Boot fat jar...
