Is it possible to change one java standalone application written in eclipse in a MVC application?

If so what do i need to do this?

Anything is possible.
How much work it would take is another question.

And more information is needed here.
By standalone application you mean ....

I assume it is a java application run via the main method.
Is it a console application, or does it have a UI like swing?

Converting to an MVC application?
Model-View_Controller is an architectural pattern rather than a type of application.
MVC is most associated with web applications though - do you maybe mean to convert a standalone java application into a web application?
Something like that would basically be almost a complete rewrite.

It might be a worthwhile task, but take note of the advice Stefan Evans gave. Remember it may be a very large job and,
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
You may in fact introduce errors in the attempt to “fix” it.

Writing an app with MVC architecture is probably something you sh‍ould be able to do when you are looking for jobs. You may not write an MVC app and get paid for it, but you may write one tier of it, so you sh‍ould know which parts go where. I suggest you go through the JDBC Tutorial and consider writing the database first, then a database access application, then a GUI/website to go with it.

But it will take lots of time and effort.
