Is possible to share a database (PostgreSQL) on cloud, like Dropbox, Google Drive ?

I want to share my database, initially to access from different environments, just for start a new application.

Is it possible in any cloud service, how should I procede for that ?

Is there any free service cloud database for PostgreSQL ?

Thanks in advance !

There are a few of them. Of course with some limitations, so it will depend on the requirements of your application if it's a good fit or not.

You have ElephantSQL and heroku. Probably you might have others as well, a quick Google search engine will reveal those

Hope it helps!

In addition to hosted PostgreSQL, you can also setup your own PostgreSQL server on a cloud VM such as an Amazon AWS instance.

Since PostgreSQL is free and so are Amazon micro-instances - AND since you should be able to run PostgreSQL on a micro instance if your database isn't too large, that's another option.
