Set Relevant Maximum ListView Height

I need to set a relevant maximum height for a ListView. By relevant maximum height I mean that it should maintain it's maximum height, despite the number of items in it, but should still resize relatively with the rest of the UI components, based on screen size.

The maximum height should not exceed the red line.
