need ws-addressing example using jax-ws with java 8 webservice client

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send

Hello All,

I have tried many times to create a java standalone client that adds a ws-addressing block to the request header.

The wsdl calls for http://schemas/xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing.

JAX-WS is looking for http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing.

The wsdl is based on SOAP 1.1.

When I run the java standalone webservice client, an exception is thrown because JAX-WS is expecting version http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing.

Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks.

Ravi

Would like you to suggest am alternative solution.Try using Apache cxf as an alternative to creating standalone web service client. Apache cxf has good API which helps I'm handling ws-* support in a easier and less confusing way.Hope it helps!!!
