Is it possible to write on phone memory from SIM card?

I mean, can I save file (or any other thing) from SIM card?

Does sim card have this permission?

Sorry, because my question maybe vague or incomplete.
Thanks.

I don't think that SIM card can store any files in it. But to write contacts from SIM card to phone that is doable.

SIM card has small amount of memory. It enables communications between the phone and its user, and stores info like phone numbers. And nothing else.
