Hello Everyone,

I am trying to acheive below requirement.
Where I need to get one value(changes frequently) from one webpage so that I need to show that value in another webpage.
For example from test1.com there is a value called 90, which i need to pull from there and need to display in test2.com

Realtime example: www.xe.com here we are having currency rates, where i need to pull one USD to INR price and need to display it in my page.

Regards,
Kartik

Scraping a website is a bad idea, because it's slow and a change to the site can break your application. Instead, you should see if there is an API available.

If I Google for "Free exchange rate API" I already find a promising candidate.

Primarily, there are many API's available (Free and Premium).
Besides, you can use YQL - Yahoo Developer Console and generate an API (URL) which can be used on your website (https://developer.yahoo.com/yql/console/).
YQL - Yahoo Dev Console
you get result in XML or JSON format, so IMO it can be processed on your website.

There are Open Source Exchange Rate API, CurrencyLayer API, Fixer.io API for pulling exchange rates of various currency pairs.

YQL Query if you want to check.
