No Activity found to handle Intent

Hello, i practice on Android Programming.

I am developing an application that sends a sms message. The application is working API level 19

But it is not working on API level 23, there is "No Activity found to handle Intent" error.

How it will resolve.

this is my code that i do practice;

import android.content.Intent;
import android.os.Bundle;
import android.support.v7.app.AppCompatActivity;

public class SmsActivity extends AppCompatActivity {

    @Override
    protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
        setContentView(R.layout.activity_sms);

        Intent i = new Intent(android.content.Intent.ACTION_VIEW);
        i.putExtra("address", "1111; 23432; 23423");
        i.putExtra("sms_body", "hello!");
        i.setType("vnd.android-dir/mms-sms");
        startActivity(i);
    }
}

Should that be more like the following?

Intent i = new Intent();
i.setAction(Intent.ACTION_VIEW);

There's some Stack Overflow threads on this and it seems there's a cut-off around 4.4 where SMS stuff changed.

You might want to have a look over there?

Yes please.

"vnd.android-dir/mms-sms";  this is probably not supported in api 23.  Remove this and see if it makes any difference.
