What are these Cell and Row? classes Or interfaces? compiler is looking for them but couldn't find them. Either you forgot to import them Or haven't defined them... Please post complete code...

Well, from a previous topic, these are likely the interfaces from Apache POI.

... which leads to a question. Did you get the library installed correctly? The other topic doesn't have any follow up from you regarding it -- and this topic would be moot, if the other issue isn't fixed.

As with all the other errors you are getting these are down to you not importing those two classes.

This has been explained to you several times now.
I get the impression you've been handed some code to modify and don't actually have much of a grounding in Java.

Ganesh,
Do you know, what should be imported (that is from Apache POI), to resolve this problem?

Here is the link to the POI API:
https://poi.apache.org/apidocs/

On the left hand side is the list of classes.
Scroll down to find the two you are looking for and click on them.  The relevant page will open on the right, which includes the full package name of the class at the top.
So:
import <full package name>.<class name>;
