I was working in the past with java spring framework and i did all the spring configuration in myself.
also I had access to files of tomcat.
now I heard about spring boot but I cant see catalina.out file and I cant have access to web.xml. its not so comfort.
so why to use it?

Spring Boot is used if you want to get rid of as many configuration as possible, and let convention take over. This makes it easy to quickly develop applications that don't contain a lot of clutter.
If you feel more comfortable with setting up your own infrastructure, then Spring Boot might not be useful for you, but many people don't like to mess with xml configuration.
The mind is a strange and wonderful thing. I'm not sure that it will ever be able to figure itself out, everything else, maybe. From the atom to the universe, everything, except itself.
