After minimizing/maximizing (ctrl with + or ctrl with -) window all text area disabled in this window.
I think it is come from jsp but can't find solution.

No, it has nothing at all to do with JSP.

At the end it was in jsp. There were invisible windows that after maximizing go over visible window.

Thanks for coming back with the solution. Technically that was the HTML/JavaScript rather than the JSP. But interesting!

Right, still not the JSP. Remember that JSP is a template for HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
